The work behind
the product.
Conduit is the first product. The foundational work underneath it — context routing, reduction, selective inference, cryptographic provenance — is an ongoing research program. Some of it ships. Some of it is filed. Some of it stays sealed.
Multi-stage reduction pipeline. Compounds savings across structural, entity, reference, and residual passes. Public implementation ships in Conduit Reduction and Conduit Open — calibrated to 40–50% reduction on real workloads. Higher-tier mechanisms remain sealed.
Trust-mediated context broker. Routes only the relevant corpus entries to a given query rather than dumping full context at the model. The routing layer is what makes arbitrary corpus scale tractable at fixed token budget.
Every response carries a verifiable receipt of its source. FROM CONTEXT, FROM TRAINING, or FABRICATED — classified at the context layer, not by the model. Verifier is public; sealing primitive documented at interface level.
Large-model inference outside hyperscaler dependency. Efficient paths to specialized inference without full-model cost. Work in progress.
Public benchmarking results run on real corpora — not cherry-picked enwik8-style inputs. The public reduction tool is hash-verified so anyone can reproduce the numbers on their own data.
Formal writeups and provisional filings are filed as work matures. Nothing is claimed publicly that can't be verified publicly.
Three horizons.
Horizon one — ship the public tier. Reduction, routing, and proof at a price point that undercuts existing approaches. Revenue funds the rest.
Horizon two — enterprise and gov tiers with sealed mechanisms. Capabilities competitors cannot match at comparable cost because the underlying primitives are not public.
Horizon three — foundational work that reshapes what AI infrastructure can do at the architectural level. Released on our timing, not the market's.
Research partnerships, review NDAs, and press inquiries welcome. Provisional filings mean we can discuss specifics under NDA that can't appear on a public page.
